High Protein Diets
As you walk into your closet you cannot help but be
frustrated. As you look through the racks of clothes you know
that nothing really fits you now. Somehow, your waistline has

adjusting your lifestyle to include a high protein diet.
There are many different high protein diets around like the
Zone Diet, the Atkins Diet, and the NutriSystem plan. All of
these diets are centered around the fact that your body needs
protein to fuel itself effectively. In fact, the Institute of

have 10-35% of the days calories be drawn from protein sources.
High protein diets can actually help your body to reduce
dramatic swings in your blood sugar levels. Additionally, it

water weight that is being lost. Carbohydrates help your bodies
tissues to hang onto that water, and when you eliminate that

means that for breakfast you might have sausage and eggs, but
